My career in executive coaching and leadership development is rooted in a single, simple thing: a passion for people and their potential. It’s something I nurtured over 20 years a senior HR leader with Northern Ireland’s largest commercial employer. And it’s what I offer you.

After so many years creating strategies for other people, an opportunity arose for me do it for myself and follow a long-cherished dream. I followed my own advice, took a deep breath and jumped.
And Loughran Leadership & Coaching was born.
